If you need something sooner, please let me know BEFORE PURCHASING so I can make sure its possible and if its possible, then a rush fee will apply TO ALL ORDERS THAT ARE NEEDED ANY SOONER THAN normal turn around and I will require you to add RUSH OPTION + ITEM to your cart to purchase at the same time.

SHOP HOURS: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm. You're welcome to order and contact me anytime, but if it's during a time when my workshop is closed you probably won't hear back until the next day. I usually respond to messages within 24 hours.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: Personalized items are created just for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for personalized items. If there is a defect in the item, please send photographic documentation within 48 hours of receiving the item. With proper photo documentation, I will remake a defective item. Again, no refunds on personalized items.
Items must be returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION-UNWASHED, UNWORN and FREE of fabric softener/dryer sheet smells. If it comes back to me USED I will contact etsy and won't be able to replace.
"REVIEWS/FEEDBACK: Etsy has recently replaced its existing Feedback system with a ‘Review’ option based on a star rating. Buyers have a certain time frame in which they are able to leave a review, and in conjunction with this function the Etsy system will send out “reminders” if a review has not been left. Rowanmayfairs Designs considers reminders of this nature to be intrusive and would like to assure all buyers that any “review reminder” emails or messages that they may receive from Etsy DO NOT originate from my shop. I hate being nagged just as much as you do! However, please accept my sincere thanks for any positive reviews that you may choose to submit; I'm sorry that Etsy no longer affords sellers the opportunity to do so via the feedback system."
CANCELLATION POLICY: Supplies for your custom items are bought promptly after purchase. Therefore, cancellations and refunds can only be offered for up to 24 hours following purchase.

Care instructions
Minky blankets/loveys should be washed and tumbled dry,DO NOT iron it. Shirts I recommend washing and hanging to dry.
